Nobody is perfect, and sometimes during our journeys, we may fall off of our healthy eating habits temporarily. I’m not immune to this either: my recent Orlando trip mixed with 4th of July weekend cookouts definitely added up a bit for me. It’s easy to get upset at yourself and feel like you failed, but instead of being down, this is yourmoment to turn yourself back around. Prove to yourself how strong you are by taking a few easy steps to get right back on track. First, forgive yourself. Slip-ups happen and it’s completely okay. Love yourself through it all. Next, immediately get back on track. Go grocery shopping for all healthy foods (click here for my clean eating grocery shopping list) and get right back to your healthy eating lifestyle. Begin working out again. Just like that- you’re back on track! Never forget that indulging will occur and the most important thing, rather than avoiding these moments, is to be confident in your ability to get right back on track. Repost if you agree! Say this affirmation out loud to help it become true in your life. Have a wonderful Monday everyone, and remember, it’s never too late to get back on track!
