Happy Halloween! Here’s a (not so spooky) Transformation Tuesday! Back when I was a unicorn, I weighed over 300 pounds. I was a happy girl, but I didn’t realize how unhealthy I was. Once I stepped on the scale and saw that I weighed 306 pounds, I immediately turned my life around. After all, a 300+ pound unicorn wouldn’t survive too easily in the wild! After 1 year and 10 months of healthy eating, calorie counting, exercise, determination, and dedication, I officially lost 150 pounds and became the angel on the right. My weight loss journey taught me that anything is possible if you set your mind to it. Finding your motivation is key to any fitness journey, because if you don’t truly 100% want it, it won’t be very easy to attain. Surround yourself with motivation and assure yourself that you can do it. Believe in yourself. That’s what got me through my weight loss journey. Love yourself through it all and remember that you can achieve so much more than you know!
