- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup whole grain oats
- Cinnamon & nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- Place oats in food processor and grind until coarsely ground.
- Mash bananas with a fork and add ground oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Form batter into cookies and bake for 10-15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
- Calories: in entire recipe: 500. Divide by number of cookies made.
