Here’s a quick and easy breakfast idea for mornings when you don’t want to/don’t have time to cook. I know it’s not the prettiest picture, but it’s delicious!
- 1 red delicious apple (or apple of choice)
- 1 single serving container of Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
1. Chop apple up into pieces about 1/2 to 1 inch wide. I usually only use half the apple for the yogurt and eat the rest by itself (or dipped in the yogurt!)
2. Put yogurt in a bowl and add as much cinnamon as desired (I use a lot). Mix well.
3. Stir in apples. Enjoy!
Calories: about 200. With about 19 grams of protein, it’s super filling too! Give this a try!
