Healthy Dinner for Dad

My dad asked me if I wanted to go out to dinner today, but I felt like cooking for him! I haven’t had steak in so long and it tasted so amazing. I buy round steak because it’s one of the leanest cuts and I grilled them on my cast iron grill pan. I boiled some potatoes and then tossed them with one tablespoon of olive oil, rosemary, and salt. I also sautéed some spinach, onions, baby bella mushrooms, and garlic in olive oil. All in all, this meal was just a little over 500 calories. It was so delicious, I had to share!
