Healthy Baked French Fries

Ingredients
  1. 2-3 medium Russet potatoes, peeled
  2. 1 large bowl of water
  3. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  4. Salt
  5. Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF.
  2. Peel potatoes and soak them in the large bowl of water for at least a few minutes. The longer you soak them, the crispier they will be.
  3. Cut potatoes into fry shapes. (Refer to the video above)
  4. Add fry-shaped potatoes into a large mixing bowl. Add extra virgin olive oil, salt, and black pepper, then toss to coat.
  5. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with olive oil spray.
  6. Place fries on the baking sheet, making sure they are not touching one another.
  7. Bake for about 20-24 minutes, or until fries are beginning to become golden on the edges.
  8. Enjoy!
