Ingredients
  1. 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded (you can also use baked chicken breast, shredded)
  2. ½ cup of hot sauce (Frank's Red Hot is the best choice)
  3. 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt (I used Fage 0%)
  4. ½ cup light mozzarella cheese (I used Trader Joe's)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Take a store-bought rotisserie chicken and carve the breast out (the white meat) - that's the part we'll be using. Feel free to keep the rest of the chicken for later. 🙂
  3. Using a fork and knife, shred the chicken into thin strips. Use the fork to pull the chicken along the grain. It might be helpful to first cut the chicken into smaller chunks, then pull them.
  4. Place the pulled chicken into a large mixing bowl. Add the hot sauce, Greek yogurt, and mozzarella cheese. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Spray a glass baking dish with nonstick olive oil spray. Add the dip mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy immediately!
