Blueberry Banana Walnut Oatmeal

For the oats
  1. 1/2 cup whole grain oats
  2. 1/2 cup water
  1. 1 banana, sliced
  2. 1/4 cup blueberries
  3. 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  4. 1 tbsp chia and flax seeds
  5. Cinnamon
  1. 1. Prepare oats according to package instructions.
  2. 2. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Enjoy!
