Blueberry Banana Walnut Oatmeal

- 1/2 cup whole grain oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp chia and flax seeds
- 1. Prepare oats according to package instructions.
