Colorful Rainbow Salad
Ingredients
- Leafy greens
- Tomatoes, diced
- Orange beets, diced
- Yellow carrots, sliced
- Fresh or dried blueberries
- Red onion, diced
- Purple carrots, sliced
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice for dressing
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a large salad bowl or serving dish. Squeeze lemon juice on top. Enjoy!
