It’s not easy for me to admit that last holiday season, I overindulged so much that I ended up gaining a little weight. Fortunately, with a determined mindset, I lost the weight back this spring, but gaining weight during the holiday season is preventable.

This year will be different. I will be doing my best to help you and myself prevent holiday-related weight gain that might seem inevitable.
